Our Story
Established in 2020 as a student rental housing company, we adapted to the changing landscape brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and transitioned our focus to short-term rentals. Through our Master Lease Partnership Agreement, we collaborate with residential and commercial landlords to provide guaranteed income, alleviating concerns about tenants defaulting on rent and the inability to evict.

Trust and Safety
We've equipped the entrance of each unit with Ring Video cameras that provide 24/7 monitoring. In addition, we've installed Noise Detector devices inside each unit which immediately notify our local on-site support staff if the noise level exceeds a certain dB threshold. For added security, Smart Locks have been installed on every door. A new code is automatically generated for each guest, and the codes are deleted as soon as the guest checks out. This ensures that your property remains safe and secure at all times.
In-House Cleaning Staff
We directly hire our entire cleaning staff and do not outsource to third-party companies. This enables us to maintain the highest level of quality control over our cleaning standards and ensure that each property is cleaned to professional-level standards after every stay. Our experienced staff is trained to pay attention to even the tiniest details because we understand that cleanliness is essential to earning 5-star reviews.
